- If you were to increase overall backlinks to all your social pages, there is a multiplicative effect. That means placing links on Youtube, Amazon, Pinterest, Instagram, Medium, and Facebook as backlinks to all the YOUR OTHER social/content sites, there is actually an undocumented, powerful effect. What happens is there is an increase in authority on all these social pages. Google notices. Google seems to notice they are all tied to your main website. What happens is they all move up together as a group. That’s because there are virtually little or no links other than from your site to your Youtube, Amazon, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, and other pages. Links outside social media that Google tracks are 99% more valuable than any internal social links. Just 1 additional backlink to these pages has a major effect. You can do this by copying and pasting a block of links into each one separately and in the case of medium include them all in an article. Now, how do I know about this authority hack?
