Anchor Tags <a href tagging>

This is the HTML that creates links to internal spots for the Google Crawler to identify and click around to.  So you can have an anchor that sends your visitor with a click from the bottom to the top of the page or to any page on the web. There is a difference between outgoing page links and internal page links which need to be clearly understood.  This link is useful to move a visitor somewhere else on a web page without leaving the page.  However, I would say using anchor tags allows you to add internal page links without creating new pages, so I would say using this for some special SEO juice is a good thing and definitely part of SEO guerilla marketing.
